Sarah uses the Enneagram personality system as well as a variety of experiential techniques to enhance the interaction of any team. Programs can serve as an excellent opportunity for brainstorming while bringing all team members strengths to the fore. Personality profiles
Sarah Aschenbach is certified to interpret the the Riso-Hudson Enneagram Type Indicator (the RHETI), the only Enneagram-based questionnaire to be independently validated by an impartial researcher. Group programs are enhanced when participants take the RHETI in advance, and Sarah always administers the RHETI to coaching clients. Understanding your personality type enhances self-knowledge and encourages successful, productive relationships.
