Sarah Aschenbach—founder of Inspired Solutions, head of The Enneagram Institute of Philadelphia, and Certified Enneagram Teacher—coaches individuals and groups, leads interactive workshops throughout the US and Canada, and has spoken before numerous organizations including Siemens, Balanced Care Corporation, The American Humane Association and the Philadelphia Chapter of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists. On the corporate side, Sarah has over 12 years of leadership experience, during which she made important contributions to expanding business from regional to nationwide. She built and oversaw two major departments and facilitated development of several new lines of business. She also created and continually adapted operational systems, procedures and methodologies to meet the demands of rapid expansion.

Sarah has also devoted her life to understanding what it means to be a fully developed human being through exploring psychological development as an integral part of spiritual growth. Sarah served on the Board of Directors of the International Enneagram Association for three years, directing and coordinating the IEA Conference Enneagram 2001: Explore the Energy of Change. Presently, she serves on the Advisory Board of the Temenos Conference and Retreat Center. She is a member of the International Enneagram Association, the Chester County Human Resources Association, and the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce.
